Problem
Businesses face several challenges:
High business failure rate: Nearly 50% of U.S. businesses fail within their first five years, primarily due to Poor budgeting, Ineffective cash flow management and Lack of financial visibility.
Software reliance: Small business owners use platforms like Toast and Square for operations and finances but face challenges in bookkeeping and tax preparation.
Accounting system limitations: These systems are Overly complicated and Lack detailed, real-time data that small businesses require for effective cash flow management.
Data integration gap: Small businesses struggle with the complexity of integrating real-time operational data from platforms like Toast and Square into traditional accounting systems, creating inefficiencies in managing finances and hindering accurate cash flow insights.
Goal
The goal of this project was
Branding: To develop a suitable branding for Vencru embedded that signals collaboration, accuracy, and trust. This branding will include outputs (Branding, Colors, Rules etc) and a Brand Guideline.
Landing Page: To create a landing page for Vencru embedded, that drives home the value of embedded accounting and Vencru embedded to our target audience which includes Vertical SaaS, Banks and Fintechs, SMB Software Solution Providers (e.g., Square, Clover, Toast, Gusto).
Reusable Components: Leveraging Vencru’s existing components and the Vencru Embedded branding, to create standardised, reusable components that future partners can quickly integrate using the Vencru React SDK and embedded API.

Tasked with creating a Logo and the Brand Guidelines.
Tasked with creating mockups and design screens.
Creating hi-fidelity designs for various reusable assets
Create prototypes and mock vides for various upsells on the Vencru embedded project
Conclusion & Implementation
If you ask me, the TL;DR version of Vencru Embedded’s goal is bringing accounting directly to where the source data already resides: within SMB software platforms. With this innovative approach, small business owners can now access all the core tools they need for operations and financial management in one place.
